What this site collects

Nothing, until you use the contact form. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no fonts, scripts, or images from anyone other than monostream.com. There is nothing here to opt out of.

Your browser tells our server the usual things it tells every server: an IP address, a page path, a timestamp, a user agent. Those sit in standard web server logs and are used to keep the site running.

The contact form

When you send a message we receive the name, email address and text you typed. We use them to answer you and to carry on the conversation that follows. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone selling anything.

Delivery runs through Postmark, an email provider, which processes the message in order to hand it to our inbox. Your message is kept as long as the conversation is live and our records need it.

Your rights

Write to hi@monostream.com and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer.
