We build what others call impossible.

Since 2006, companies bring us the projects that are too hard, too critical, or too new for a normal agency.

What we’re hired for

Three reasons someone picks up the phone.

Complex systems, end to end.

Streaming platforms, distributed systems, IoT: projects where scale and reliability kill ordinary teams. We take ownership from architecture to production. One team, no hand-offs.

First-of-a-kind engineering.

No reference architecture? Good. We prototype in weeks, validate hard, and take what works to production. In 2009 we shipped live TV on the iPhone when few believed it could be done.

Track record

Two decades of projects other agencies turned down.

  1. REF 01 · Industrial climate systems

    Vismolog

Our first project: worldwide monitoring of industrial climate installations, years before the industry had a buzzword for it. Solving problems before they have names is how we started, and how we still work.

  2. REF 02 · Swisscom

    Swisscom TV Air

The App Store was months old when we shipped Swisscom TV Air: live TV, sports and video-on-demand on the iPhone and in the browser, among the first worldwide. We learned early that “not possible yet” is a scheduling problem.

  3. REF 03 · Swisscom

    Swisscom TV 2.0

Middleware and architecture for a national TV platform. Millions of households, zero tolerance for downtime.

  4. REF 04 · with HPE

    Monostream Flux

Software-defined streaming and recording on commodity hardware. Hundreds of channels recorded in parallel; upgrades without interrupting a single stream.

  5. REF 05 · Swisscom

    Swisscom myCloud

Consumer cloud storage for a nation. Sync, share, privacy. Hosted in Switzerland.

  6. REF 06 · Swiss Federal Office of Information Technology

    Cloud-native for the federal government

We brought cloud-native engineering into the federal administration: containers, APIs, and the training so they can run it without us.

  7. REF 07 · Mammut

    Mammut Connect

Physical products made digital via NFC. Every jacket and rope gets an identity, a history, and a direct line to the customer.

  8. REF 08 · A Swiss private bank

    DevCloud

A self-service developer platform inside one of the most regulated environments there is. Onboarding that took weeks now takes hours; 1,900+ engineers and 40 vendors build on it today, on 100+ clusters in production. We built it in 2019, and we run it to this day.

  9. REF 09 · Our own product

    Kubesight

When you run this much Kubernetes, you end up building the tool you wish existed. A Kubernetes dashboard for engineers who ship: fast, visual, no bullshit.

How we work

No bodies for hire.

  • Experience where it matters.

Two decades of shipped systems stand behind every decision. The critical parts of your project are never someone’s first attempt.

  • We own outcomes, not hours.

Our success is the thing that ships. We are not a staffing agency with a website.

  • You use the real software early.

Working builds in your hands within weeks, then we iterate on reality instead of slide decks.

  • Agile as written, not as sold.

The manifesto, not the ceremony. No SAFe theater.

  • Small on purpose.

We take on a handful of projects at a time, and we finish every one.
